Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. You confirm that you are not a sanctioned person and that your use is not prohibited by applicable law.

SPIRITX provides software and access to the SPIRITX Discord. The flagship software is “VGC sleeper,” a Windows loader that refreshes the hardware identifiers Vanguard reads so a HWID-banned machine can log back into Valorant. SPIRITX may add, change, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

You acknowledge that the Service modifies how your operating system reports hardware and system identity to third-party software, including anticheat software. You accept this modification and the consequences of it fully.

Valorant and Riot Games prohibit the use of third-party cheating or evasion tools. Using any such tool, including the Service, may result in account bans, game bans, HWID bans, hardware blacklisting, legal action by the game publisher, or other consequences. You accept these risks in full and agree that they are a condition of using the Service.

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uptime, availability, security, quiet enjoyment, undetected status, or future compatibility with any specific game version or anticheat update.

SPIRITX makes no promise that any specific anticheat version, driver, or detection vector will be bypassed at any specific future time. Software updates are offered on a best-effort basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPIRITX, its operators, contributors, and anyone acting on their behalf are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Service, including without limitation loss of game accounts, loss of in-game items or progression, loss of hardware functionality, data loss, loss of profits, reputational harm, or disclosure of personal information.

Our maximum aggregate liability to you, for any claim arising out of or related to the Service, is capped at the amount you actually paid us in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SPIRITX and its operators from and against any claim, demand, loss, cost, or expense (including legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your breach of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law, (d) your use of the Service in combination with any third-party cheat, tool, or script, and (e) any claim by Riot Games or any other third party against you related to your use of the Service.

You will not, and will not permit anyone else to:

• reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code or algorithms from any SPIRITX software;
• redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or publicly share any SPIRITX software or license key;
• share your license with any other person or device beyond your own personal use;
• circumvent, bypass, or disable license checks, authentication, or expiry mechanisms;
• use the Service to attack, degrade, or compromise any third-party system beyond its intended function (modifying the local reported hardware identity);
• use the Service for public commercial resale or for operating a service for third parties.

Any violation is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate termination of your license without refund.

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, SPIRITX grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Service for your own personal use for the duration of your plan. No ownership of any software, intellectual property, or brand is transferred.

SPIRITX may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, chargeback or payment dispute, abusive conduct, fraud, or any conduct SPIRITX in good faith considers harmful to the Service or the community. No refund is owed on termination for cause.

You and SPIRITX agree to first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through the SPIRITX Discord ticket system before pursuing any other remedy. You agree to cooperate honestly and promptly with that process.

You agree to resolve any dispute arising out of or related to the Service on an individual basis. You expressly waive any right to participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action against SPIRITX.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

SPIRITX may update these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on the SPIRITX website. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to an updated version, stop using the Service.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and DMCA Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SPIRITX regarding the Service and supersede any prior understanding.

SPIRITX is operated anonymously under the SPIRITX brand. All notices, support, and legal requests must be sent via the SPIRITX Discord ticket system. SPIRITX does not publish a postal address.
