Question 1

What is SPIRITX?

Accepted Answer

The operation behind VGC sleeper. Buy a license, download from your dashboard, get support in the SPIRITX Discord. End of story.

Question 2

What does VGC sleeper actually do?

Accepted Answer

Kills your HWID ban in seconds. Vanguard's automated path never gets a foothold. The only remaining way to get caught is somebody reporting you in-game.

Question 3

How fast?

Accepted Answer

Seconds. No delay-ban window. No cooldown. No error popup.

Question 4

Any 5/152 or 5001?

Accepted Answer

No. The sleeper doesn't produce those errors. If you see them, something else on your box did — open a ticket, we'll walk it back.

Question 5

Any temp ban or delay ban?

Accepted Answer

No. The sleeper doesn't trigger them.

Question 6

Who is this for?

Accepted Answer

Players whose machine got HWID-banned, and anyone who wants to run a cheat without the anticheat sitting on top of them.

Question 7

Other games?

Accepted Answer

Valorant only, for now.

Question 8

Requirements?

Accepted Answer

Windows 10 or 11, UEFI, VT-x or AMD-V enabled in BIOS. Most laptops qualify.

Question 9

Do you ship a client?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A small Windows binary. Run it, launch Valorant.

Question 10

Will my existing HWID ban stop blocking me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Instantly, on first run.

Question 11

Will the ban come back later?

Accepted Answer

No. The ban is pinned to identifiers that are no longer in play on your machine.

Question 12

Delay ban?

Accepted Answer

No.

Question 13

Need to reinstall Windows?

Accepted Answer

No.

Question 14

What about account-level bans?

Accepted Answer

Different mechanism — those are tied to your Riot ID, not your PC. If the account is banned, make a new one. VGC sleeper handles the hardware side.

Question 15

Reports and reviews?

Accepted Answer

Only path left. Play like a human — no obvious flicks, no team-killing, no flaming. If someone reports you, that's on you.

Question 16

Does SPIRITX ship a cheat?

Accepted Answer

No. VGC sleeper is the layer that puts you back in. The cheat on top is yours.

Question 17

What cheats work on top?

Accepted Answer

Any of them. External, internal, DMA, overlay. The sleeper doesn't care.

Question 18

Will my current cheat work?

Accepted Answer

If it ran on an unbanned machine, it runs here. There is effectively nothing to hide from.

Question 19

Do you hide my cheat?

Accepted Answer

The anticheat is not actively watching. Hiding is not what you're paying for; getting past the gate is.

Question 20

Any recommendation?

Accepted Answer

No endorsements. The releases board carries community-posted tools; browse at your own call.

Question 21

What are the plans?

Accepted Answer

3 days ($40), 1 week ($75), 1 month ($200), and Lifetime ($500). Every plan gets the full build and all updates while active.

Question 22

What does Lifetime cover?

Accepted Answer

Lifetime includes every future update to VGC sleeper, for as long as the project exists. It does not include other future SPIRITX products.

Question 23

How do I get my license?

Accepted Answer

As soon as your payment is fully confirmed on the blockchain, your key appears on the checkout page, on your dashboard and in your email.

Question 24

Where's my license key?

Accepted Answer

In your dashboard, and in your order confirmation email. Buying needs an account with a confirmed email, so your key is always linked to your account and sent to that address the moment payment confirms.

Question 25

My key leaked or stopped working.

Accepted Answer

Request a key reset from your dashboard and explain what happened. Once an admin approves it, your new key appears there and in your email, and the old one stops working.

Question 26

Can I move my license to a new PC?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The license is tied to your SPIRITX account, not your machine, so hardware changes don't matter.

Question 27

Can I share my key with a friend?

Accepted Answer

No. Keys are one-user. Sharing or leaking a key gets it revoked with no refund.

Question 28

Can I buy multiple licenses?

Accepted Answer

You can. A second active license stacks onto whatever is already on your account.

Question 29

What payment methods do you take?

Accepted Answer

Crypto, paid directly: Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC) and Solana (SOL). Credit card is coming soon — card payments will go through Mysellauth.

Question 30

Do you ever see my card or wallet?

Accepted Answer

We never see or touch your wallet's keys. For crypto we only see what's public on the blockchain — the amount and the transaction ID — plus the email you enter at checkout. Card payments, once available, are handled entirely by Mysellauth; we won't see card details.

Question 31

How long does a crypto payment take?

Accepted Answer

Your payment shows as "detected" within seconds of sending. The license unlocks after full confirmation: usually under a minute for Solana, around 10–20 minutes for Litecoin and Bitcoin.

Question 32

I paid and nothing showed up.

Accepted Answer

Keep the checkout page open — it updates on its own once the payment confirms. Make sure you sent the exact amount on the right network. If it's still stuck, open a Discord ticket with your order ID and transaction ID.

Question 33

Taxes?

Accepted Answer

No tax collected on our side. If your jurisdiction treats this as a reportable purchase, that is on you.

Question 34

What is your refund policy, in one line?

Accepted Answer

Strict no-refund once a key is issued. Exactly one exception: a product-side issue that breaks the software and genuinely can't be fixed.

Question 35

When is a refund possible?

Accepted Answer

Only when the fault is on our end: if VGC sleeper stops working because of an issue we caused and no fix can be found, you are eligible. If we ship a fix, the refund no longer applies — the product works and your license stands.

Question 36

What is NOT eligible for a refund?

Accepted Answer

Change of mind, didn't use it, bought the wrong plan, your own hardware or BIOS setup, Vanguard changes we patch within a reasonable window, account sharing or leaked keys, anything we resolve with a fix or update, report-based bans in-game, user-caused bans. None of these qualify.

Question 37

How do I request the product-fault refund?

Accepted Answer

Open a ticket in the SPIRITX Discord with your order ID and a specific description of the issue. Staff will investigate and attempt a fix first. A refund is issued only if the product-side issue genuinely can't be fixed.

Question 38

What about chargebacks?

Accepted Answer

Opening a chargeback instead of talking to us results in an immediate, permanent ban from all SPIRITX products and the Discord. Open a ticket first — we'll sort it.

Question 39

Does the ban-risk disclaimer affect my refund rights?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Getting banned in-game by a report is a known risk, documented in the TOS. It is not a product fault and not grounds for a refund.

Question 40

Where do I get support?

Accepted Answer

The SPIRITX Discord. Open a ticket; a customer channel opens for you. Month and Lifetime plans get priority routing.

Question 41

Do you offer live help?

Accepted Answer

Ticket-based, same day in most cases. We are not a 24/7 corporate help desk.

Question 42

What is the releases board?

Accepted Answer

A separate cs.ru-style file board where admins post hosted drops — files, configs, tools and guides — for anyone to grab for free. Only admins can post; anyone can download or request.

Question 43

Can I post on the releases board?

Accepted Answer

Posting is admin-only. You can submit a request and staff will review it.
