1.One user, one key
A SPIRITX license is personal. One user per key. Do not share, lend, or hand off your license to anyone else, even temporarily.
2.No reselling or sublicensing
You may not resell, repackage, sublicense, rent, lease, auction, or otherwise commercially transfer any SPIRITX license, key, binary, or output. The license is granted to you only.
3.No reverse-engineering
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, patch, or attempt to extract source, keys, or algorithms from any SPIRITX software, website, or infrastructure.
4.No use on other people's accounts
You may not use the Service on any Valorant account you are not personally authorised to use. “Account recovery” services, boosting services, or account trading are explicitly outside the scope of your license.
5.No redistribution
You may not post, mirror, torrent, or otherwise redistribute SPIRITX binaries, source, assets, or private documentation. This includes posting on forums, Discord servers, Telegram channels, GitHub, or private cheat marketplaces.
6.No circumvention
You may not bypass or disable license checks, expiry timers, authentication, telemetry (where present), or any security mechanism.
7.No automated abuse
You may not automate account creation, scrape the SPIRITX website or Discord beyond ordinary human use, flood the ticket system, or run bots against SPIRITX endpoints.
8.No malicious use
You may not use SPIRITX software to attack, degrade, or compromise any third-party system beyond the specific, local modification of your own machine’s reported identity. The sleeper is a defensive-posture tool for your own hardware, not an offensive tool against other systems.
9.No illegal use
You may not use the Service for any activity that is unlawful in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for assessing legality where you live.
10.Enforcement
Violation of any of the above is a material breach of the TOS and will result in immediate termination of your license without refund, a permanent ban from the SPIRITX Discord, and public listing in the ban log where appropriate. SPIRITX may pursue additional remedies at its sole discretion.
